Research

Working out how social contact, mobility and attitude data can be used to understand and help anticipate the behavioural drivers of epidemic dynamics — the first substantive stretch of the PhD.

Alongside it, hepatitis B progression models for evaluating emergency department blood-borne virus opt-out testing, and micro-costing of digitally enhanced BBV testing.

Elsewhere

Representing early career researchers at the Centre for the Mathematical Modelling of Infectious Diseases, mostly by helping organise our monthly meetings.
