Research

Working out how social contact, mobility and attitude data can be used to understand and help anticipate the behavioural drivers of epidemic dynamics — the first substantive stretch of the PhD.

Alongside it, hepatitis B progression models for evaluating emergency department blood-borne virus opt-out testing, and micro-costing of digitally enhanced BBV testing.

Elsewhere

Representing early career researchers at the Centre for the Mathematical Modelling of Infectious Diseases, which mostly means helping organise the monthly meetings we hold between ourselves.

I write the occasional blog post on Substack, to get better at writing.
